Backend Developer, Go/C#, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and improve internal tools and backend services utilizing Go or C#/.NET

• Design, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases, covering schema design, migrations, and performance tuning

• Create and uphold data synchronization processes across various systems

• Design and enhance agent-first development workflows and CI/CD pipelines using GitLab

• Collaborate closely with a cross-functional team

• Influence the future of AI applications and contribute to products within a rapidly growing startup

• Engage in brief daily stand-up meetings and communicate directly with the team

• Write clean, maintainable code and develop scalable architecture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in backend development with Go or C#/.NET

• Open to AI-assisted software development

• Practical experience with coding agents

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• English is the primary working language; knowledge of German is not a requirement

• Preferred: Experience with TypeScript and Vite or comparable frontend frameworks

• Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based deployments
