📋 Description

• Develop backend services and APIs for onboarding, account management, payments, card services, transfers, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, KYC, and risk processes.

• Create dependable systems capable of handling real customer transactions, operational workflows, and future financial products.

• Integrate with internal systems, financial partners, payment processors, AI services, and external platforms.

• Maintain backend quality concerning reliability, security, latency, observability, data integrity, and incident management.

• Collaborate with product, frontend, mobile, and AI teams to deploy features swiftly and securely.

• Enhance existing systems by streamlining processes, eliminating manual tasks, and automating repetitive workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven backend engineering expertise in production environments.

• Solid understanding of APIs, databases, authentication, authorization, queues, jobs, events, and integrations.

• Experience in building services utilized by real customers or internal operations at a significant scale.

• Strong focus on debugging, reliability, security, and data quality.

• Capable of making practical trade-offs between speed, accuracy, scalability, and maintainability.

• Experience in fintech, payments, banking, wallets, KYC, fraud, or risk is a strong advantage, although not mandatory if fundamental skills are strong.
