Backend Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Define the scope of partner engagement with clear objectives and success criteria for pre-sales.

• Collaborate with the business development team to identify new opportunities and prepare technical documentation to support the sales process.

• Deliver technical demonstrations to support new business initiatives.

• Own end-to-end partner integrations.

• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and identify root causes of issues reported by partners.

• Act as an advocate for partners within the engineering organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing roles such as sales engineering, solution consulting, or similar positions.

• Over 3 years of programming experience in Node.JS or an equivalent language.

• More than 3 years of experience with web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, and REST APIs.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
