This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and product roadmaps, focusing on a portfolio that integrates crypto and AI-driven financial services.
• Implement go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new features and product lines that promote user adoption and engagement, including entirely new market categories.
• Create user segments informed by data insights and devise strategies for acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation, utilizing AI tools to enhance personalization and large-scale targeting.
• Establish and manage a marketing calendar that encompasses product launches, seasonal initiatives, and continuous lifecycle marketing flows.
• Oversee email and lifecycle marketing, from execution and automation setup to creative development, deliverability, and ongoing optimization.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders in Product, Sales, and Partnerships to design campaigns that satisfy business needs and maximize effectiveness.
• Evaluate performance across various channels, share insights, and propose actionable next steps based on data, proficiently using AI-driven analytics and attribution tools.
• Monitor competitor positioning and market dynamics, particularly in AI and crypto payments, to refine messaging and uncover new opportunities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2C marketing within crypto, fintech, or AI-focused companies.
• Experience in executing GTM strategies that expand consumer products into new regions or languages.
• Proven track record of building and scaling lifecycle programs, particularly in email and in-product messaging.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing GTM strategies and coordinating efforts among various stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the ability to collaborate with product and data teams to derive insights.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools (LLMs, automation platforms, AI-driven analytics) as an integral part of your daily operations, not just familiarity but practical application.
• A proactive mindset with a hands-on approach and a genuine interest in the intersection of AI and payments.
