B2B Telephone Interviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct high-quality telephone interviews from home for the research team.

• Adhere to a guided script and accurately record responses.

• Reach out to business owners and senior decision-makers.

• Gather information regarding skills, training, and employment requirements.

• Assist UK Government research to support employers.

• Establish rapport, listen attentively, ask questions, and document answers.

• Schedule weekly shifts through the booking portal after completing paid training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be able to work from a location within the UK.

• A computer or laptop, USB headset, and Ethernet connection are necessary.

• A quiet home working environment and a reliable broadband connection.

• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Confidence in using a computer and accurately recording information.

• Dependable and capable of working towards targets.

• Ideally, some experience in a phone-based role (customer service, sales, or similar), but this is not mandatory.

• Completion of the application form and meeting six key criteria is required.

• Successful completion of a virtual video assessment focused on customer service and telephone skills.

• Successful completion of a paid live trial training session.
