B2B Structural Projects Manager

📋 Description

• We are seeking a leader for Grupo Boticário’s B2B team who will be responsible for spearheading high-impact strategic initiatives.

• Your main objective will be to oversee projects from start to finish, engaging in solution design and serving as a liaison between Business, Finance, and Technology, while ensuring operational efficiency and data intelligence to facilitate channel growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Process Mapping: Proven experience in designing and enhancing business flows (BPMN, Lean or Six Sigma).

• Project Management: Expertise in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) as well as traditional project management approaches (PMI).

• Data Culture: Familiarity with data structuring/governance and analytical tools (Power BI or Tableau).

• Financial and B2B Perspective: Comprehensive understanding of the commercial and operational aspects of the FMCG market, along with basic corporate finance knowledge.

• Analytical Thinking: Capability to address complex issues with logical and practical solutions.

• Communication and Influence: Proficiency in engaging and mobilizing cross-functional teams (Tech, Finance, and Commercial).

• Team Management: Experience in managing teams in leadership roles.
