B2B Social Media Growth Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist SalesCaptain in achieving swift and sustainable expansion in international markets through effective content strategies that transform strangers into leads.

• Generate and disseminate engaging content on LinkedIn, X, and various other social platforms.

• Develop ad copy and design creative visuals for paid advertising initiatives.

• Collaborate on ideas, write compelling copy, and create visuals for paid advertising campaigns.

• Create landing-page content to facilitate lead generation and conversion rate optimization activities.

• Compile and distribute case studies, industry reports, lead magnets, and other marketing materials.

• Organize and promote webinars for SalesCaptain.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years of applicable experience in Marketing, Content, or Advertising.

• Proven ability to create and promote content aimed at going viral on social media platforms.

• Familiarity with campaign management using Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or TikTok Ads is a plus.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Experience in the Tech sector, B2B Software, or within a Marketing agency.

• A history of creating content that has achieved viral status in previous campaigns is advantageous.
