• Identify and target senior living and retirement communities throughout South Florida
• Engage with key decision-makers, including executive directors and administrators
• Conduct onsite visits and hold meetings to build relationships
• Develop and oversee a pipeline of partnership opportunities
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing agreements
• Clearly and professionally present the services and partnership value of Geeks OnSite
• Address objections and negotiate agreements with facility leadership
• Ensure accurate tracking in CRM and follow-up activities
• Conduct technology workshops on-site for residents after partnerships are established
• Teach seniors the practical use of technology in an engaging and straightforward manner
• Foster long-term relationships with partner communities
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, outside sales, or territory sales
• Proven ability to manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Professional demeanor and confidence in client-facing scenarios
• Capacity to work independently and oversee a designated territory
• Reliable personal transportation is necessary
• Preferred qualifications include:
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or community partnership sales
• Familiarity with onsite presentations or group facilitation
• Background in relationship-focused or field-based sales roles
