This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identification and acquisition of corporate clients for our workation, offsites, retreats, events, and membership offerings
• Development and maintenance of client relationships along with contract negotiations
• Data-driven utilization, optimization, and management of the CRM system
• Establishment and growth of a sales team, including recruitment and training of employees
• Identification and acquisition of B2B clients in the corporate sector
• Development and implementation of sales strategies to uncover new business opportunities
• Establishing and maintaining long-term client relationships through proactive communication and support
• Creation and presentation of tailored proposals and solutions for potential clients
• Data-driven utilization, optimization, and management of the CRM system for effective sales control
• Collaboration and relationship management with ecosystem and sales partners to support company growth and reach
• Working with internal teams to understand client needs and provide effective solutions
• Monitoring sales targets and achieving revenue goals
• Proven experience in B2B sales, with a successful track record in acquiring corporate clients and closing contracts
• Excellent skills in building and maintaining client relationships as well as negotiating contracts
• Solid knowledge of CRM systems and their effective use for sales management
• Experience in building and developing sales teams, including recruitment and training of staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand client needs and offer solutions
• Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to succeed in a dynamic environment
• Excellent time management and organizational skills to efficiently plan and execute sales activities
• Completed degree or equivalent training with a focus on sales, marketing, or business management
• Fluent in German and English.
