B2B Sales Manager – AI, Digital Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for pre-qualified consultation appointments from the appointment-setting team.

• Conduct professional video calls with managing directors and business owners.

• Identify specific AI requirements within organizations.

• Showcase the value of the training program and steer discussions toward closing deals.

• Utilize a proven sales guide and established methodologies.

• Address open inquiries and secure final commitments.

• Perform follow-ups and ensure a systematic handover to the administration team.

• Document conversations and handover processes.

• Contribute sales expertise and continuously enhance the closing process.

• Engage in self-reflection and assist in shaping processes and ongoing developments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record at the C-level.

• Successful negotiation experience with managing directors and business owners.

• Experience in selling complex products.

• Documented, measurable success in influencing decision-makers.

• Ability to listen, manage objections, and build trust effectively.

• Disciplined use of CRM systems, scripts, and well-defined handover processes.

• Capacity to independently organize 15–20 hours per week.

• Reliable ability to work from a home office.

• Professional technical setup, including microphone, camera, lighting, and stable Wi-Fi.

• Willingness to assist individuals and organizations in the era of AI.
