This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Drive business development activities across designated international markets and financial centers;
• Identify, engage, and convert corporate clients with needs in cross-border payments and treasury;
• Build and maintain a pipeline of high-value prospects through networking, referrals, industry connections, and strategic partnerships;
• Oversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to onboarding and activation;
• Cultivate trusted relationships with founders, CFOs, Treasury Managers, and other senior decision-makers;
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums;
• Assist clients throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and compliant customer experience;
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and commercial opportunities within your region;
• Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, and Operations teams to improve client experience and commercial outcomes;
• Provide market intelligence and customer insights to support future growth initiatives.
• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, FX, EMI, or Financial Services;
• Established professional network with a demonstrated ability to create business opportunities within at least one major international financial hub;
• Strong knowledge of cross-border payments, corporate banking, treasury solutions, FX products, or international trade;
• Proven track record of acquiring and onboarding corporate clients;
• Experience engaging with financial institutions, payment providers, banks, or internationally active businesses;
• Excellent skills in relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management;
• Self-motivated and capable of managing opportunities across multiple jurisdictions and time zones;
• Fluent communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
