This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full ownership of your designated territory and manage your own schedule.
• Conduct 8–12 face-to-face visits with agencies each day.
• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities.
• Communicate the value of our products with clarity and effectiveness.
• Track activities, pipeline, and conversion metrics using HubSpot.
• 5–7 years of experience in business development or external sales.
• Demonstrated capability to generate leads independently.
• Knowledgeable about insurance agents or small business B2B clientele.
• Comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections.
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
• Health insurance coverage.
