This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Engaging in active and proactive outreach to potential new customers, including independent lead generation.
• Managing inbound leads effectively.
• Facilitating online demonstrations and consultations.
• Preparing and following up on proposals.
• Enhancing existing accounts through upgrades, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
• Prior experience in B2B SaaS sales is essential.
• A friendly, professional, and service-oriented approach is required.
• Must be proactive, empathetic, and structured in communication and work methodologies.
• A solid foundational understanding of IT topics relevant to a business customer (B2B) environment is necessary.
• Ideally, familiarity with Microsoft tools such as Outlook, Teams, Exchange, or Azure is preferred.
• Proficiency in German at a native level and strong English skills, both verbal and written, are required.
