B2B Product Owner/Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of our B2B product from inception to execution: engaging with clients and HR buyers, defining the roadmap, and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams.

• Conduct product discovery sessions involving clients, HR buyers, and end users.

• Develop the roadmap and articulate precise, well-defined requirements.

• Lead the delivery process across design and engineering — focus on outcomes rather than just managing tasks.

• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and implement iterative improvements.

• Ensure alignment among Sales, Customer Success, and leadership regarding priorities and trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Product Manager for a B2B digital product, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment.

• Proficient in product discovery techniques: conducting customer interviews, hypothesis testing, and framing problems effectively.

• Proven experience in managing delivery across design and engineering throughout the entire process.

• Regular use of AI tools (such as Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar) in your daily tasks.

• Strong user empathy paired with sound business judgment.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Capability to make informed trade-offs while maintaining progress in uncertain situations.

• Native proficiency in Czech/Slovak/Polish/Hungarian and fluent in English (B2+).
