This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.
• Formulate and articulate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with business objectives and market opportunities for B2B products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and gather customer feedback to uncover trends and insights for B2B products.
• Collaborate with the B2B Lead to establish and align product goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Manage the product roadmap for B2B offerings, balancing business priorities, customer demands, and technical feasibility.
• Work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to specify product requirements and specifications.
• Collaborate closely with other product teams to ensure shared platform decisions meet partner-specific requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and updates regarding B2B products.
• Partner with both external partners and internal teams to gather requirements and manage expectations effectively.
• Present product strategies, ongoing progress, and performance metrics to the B2B Lead and other key stakeholders.
• Supervise the complete product development cycle, ensuring timely delivery of projects within budget constraints.
• Support the quality assurance process by reviewing product updates and enhancements to ensure compliance with regulatory standards, user needs, and industry best practices.
• Assist in achieving launch readiness through scoping and UAT, working alongside internal B2B Ops and B2B partners.
• Track product performance, collect user feedback, and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
• Analyze user behavior to foster innovation and improvements that enhance product functionality, usability, and customer satisfaction.
• Implement data-driven enhancements to optimize product functionality, usability, and overall customer satisfaction.
• 4+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge and user experience (B2B / white-label / operator-side experience is highly preferred).
• Demonstrated expertise in product management, development, or a related role within the iGaming domain.
• Profound understanding of the iGaming industry, including market dynamics, user behavior, and regulatory frameworks.
• Familiarity with various types of iGaming products (e.g., online casinos, sports betting, poker).
• Strong analytical abilities with the capacity to extract actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent organizational skills and the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related discipline is desirable; an advanced degree is a plus.
