B2B Marketing Specialist – CIS Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement regional marketing strategies aimed at enhancing B2B sales growth and fortifying partnerships within the designated area.

• Strategically plan, manage, and execute targeted marketing campaigns that align with the Regional Business Plan and overall corporate strategy, with an emphasis on expanding and accelerating sales opportunities.

• Spearhead B2B marketing initiatives in close partnership with the Business Development Team, including promotions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, certification programs, case studies, presentations, trade marketing, professional media publications, and partner motivation initiatives.

• Utilize strategic decision-making for regional marketing activities to bolster sales objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and financial outcomes, suggesting improvements to boost efficiency and ROI.

• Develop, localize, and manage marketing materials and tools, while playing a role in creating partner development resources by reflecting regional market needs and specifics.

• Oversee the application of marketing policies within the distribution network, ensuring that all partners receive and effectively utilize marketing assets and materials provided by Ajax HQ.

• Serve as a regional ambassador, conveying local market insights and partner feedback to the global marketing team to shape strategic direction.

• Conduct thorough analyses of partner performance and market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and strategies for increasing Ajax’s market share.

• Work collaboratively with partner marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance Ajax’s brand presence and foster sustainable sales growth.

• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and seamless execution of all marketing initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-driven environment.

• Proficiency in English and Russian.

• Experience in the security sector is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated success in planning and executing impactful product, service, or market launches, with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies and the complete marketing mix.

• Proven track record in delivering commercially impactful marketing projects.

• A proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented professional with an ambitious yet approachable demeanor.

• Willingness to travel throughout the region.
