This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Generate, enhance, and expedite sales opportunities through region-specific and account-driven marketing initiatives, managing campaigns that showcase Ajax products in alignment with the Regional Business Plan.
• Lead B2B marketing initiatives: promotions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, certification programs, case studies, presentations, trade marketing efforts, professional media publications, motivation programs, and more.
• Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and implement modifications to boost efficiency.
• Create and refine marketing materials; assist in developing partner support tools by highlighting regional market requirements and characteristics.
• Oversee the execution of marketing policies within the distribution channel, ensuring that all available marketing materials and resources (developed by Ajax HQ) are delivered to business partners.
• Perform comprehensive analyses of partners’ operations and local market insights to generate strategies for increasing Ajax’s market share and sales with each partner.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales managers on the partner side to enhance Ajax’s market presence and sales performance.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and coordination among internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect regional product feedback and needs, relaying this information to the R&D team.
• Manage marketing budgets and supervise the project approval process.
• Conduct regular meetings with partners and maintain close collaboration with the sales team.
• 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a dynamic or growth-focused setting.
• Proficient in English and native-level French (both written and spoken).
• Experience in the security industry is a significant asset.
• Demonstrated history of planning and executing successful product, service, or market launches, with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of multichannel marketing strategies and the complete marketing mix.
• Proven success in delivering commercially impactful marketing initiatives.
• Proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented professional with an ambitious yet approachable demeanor.
