This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and implement regional marketing strategies to enhance B2B sales growth and fortify partnerships within the designated area.
• Design, oversee, and carry out targeted marketing campaigns that align with the Regional Business Plan and overall company objectives, emphasizing the expansion and acceleration of sales opportunities.
• Spearhead all B2B marketing efforts in close cooperation with the Business Development Team — including promotions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, certification programs, case studies, presentations, trade marketing, professional media publications, and partner motivation initiatives.
• Make strategic decisions regarding regional marketing activities to support sales goals and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Track, assess, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and financial results, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
• Create, customize, and maintain marketing materials and tools, while aiding in the development of partner resources by reflecting regional market needs and characteristics.
• Supervise the execution of marketing policies within the distribution network, guaranteeing all partners receive and effectively utilize marketing assets and materials provided by Ajax HQ.
• Act as a regional representative, providing local market insights and partner feedback to the global marketing team to shape strategic direction.
• Conduct thorough analyses of partner performance and market trends to pinpoint growth opportunities and strategies for increasing Ajax’s market presence.
• Collaborate closely with partner marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance Ajax’s brand visibility and drive sustainable sales growth.
• Coordinate efficiently across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-focused setting.
• Proficient in English and native-level Hindi (both written and spoken).
• Experience in the security industry is a significant advantage.
• Proven success in planning and executing effective product, service, or market launches, with strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership capabilities.
• In-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies and the complete marketing mix.
• Demonstrated achievement in delivering commercially impactful marketing projects.
• Proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented professional with an ambitious yet approachable style.
• Willingness to travel throughout India.
