This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement a B2B marketing strategy aimed at increasing awareness of Montu Therapeutics among pharmacies, prescribers, and healthcare professionals.
• Take ownership of brand and product marketing, ensuring that messaging is clear, distinct, and aligned with our overall brand identity.
• Design and manage a consistent and engaging email marketing program to nurture leads, share updates, and keep partners actively involved.
• Establish a pharmacy-facing online presence to promote Montu’s brand and product offerings.
• Create sales enablement materials, including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, and FAQs, that provide the sales team with the resources needed to effectively communicate the Montu story.
• Work independently to plan and execute campaigns from inception to completion, including reporting.
• Drive initiatives to raise pharmacy awareness, ensuring that the appropriate dispensing and prescribing partners are informed about Montu Therapeutics’ products and services.
• Collaborate with commercial and clinical teams to produce content that is accurate, engaging, and suitable for a regulated healthcare audience.
• Monitor and report on B2B marketing performance, leveraging data to refine and enhance campaigns over time.
• Represent Montu Therapeutics at relevant industry events, trade shows, and partner meetings as appropriate.
• Demonstrated experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or regulated sectors.
• Strong comprehension of the B2B sales cycle and how marketing can support and expedite commercial results.
• Practical experience in sales enablement, with the ability to identify and create effective collateral.
• Solid understanding of brand and product marketing principles, with the capacity to apply them to a professional audience.
• Proficient email marketer with experience managing campaigns through platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
• Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently with minimal daily supervision.
• Creative thinker capable of generating innovative ideas while maintaining consistency in tone, message, and brand.
• Exceptional written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to distill complex information into clear, impactful content.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling environment where priorities can change rapidly.
• An interest in cannabis-based medicines and a genuine commitment to enhancing patient access to modern healthcare treatments would be advantageous.
• Native or professional-level proficiency in German and fluent in English.
