This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and implement regional marketing strategies aimed at boosting B2B sales growth and enhancing partnerships within the designated area.
• Design, manage, and execute focused marketing campaigns that align with the Regional Business Plan and the overall company strategy, with an emphasis on expanding and accelerating sales opportunities.
• Spearhead all B2B marketing efforts in close partnership with the Business Development Team — including promotions, trade shows, seminars, webinars, certification programs, case studies, presentations, trade marketing, professional media publications, and partner motivation initiatives.
• Make strategic decisions regarding regional marketing activities to support sales objectives and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and financial results, suggesting enhancements to improve efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
• Create, localize, and maintain marketing materials and tools, while contributing to the development of partner resources by representing regional market needs and specifics.
• Supervise the execution of marketing policies within the distribution network, ensuring that all partners receive and effectively utilize the marketing assets and materials provided by Ajax HQ.
• Serve as a regional ambassador, sharing insights from the local market and partner feedback with the global marketing team to influence strategic direction.
• Conduct thorough analysis of partner performance and market dynamics to pinpoint growth opportunities and strategies for boosting Ajax’s market share.
• Collaborate closely with partner marketing, product, and sales teams to enhance Ajax’s brand presence and drive sustainable sales growth.
• Coordinate efficiently across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and smooth execution of all marketing initiatives.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in a fast-paced or growth-oriented setting.
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
• Experience in the security industry is a significant advantage.
• Proven history of planning and executing successful product, service, or market launches, with strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of multichannel marketing strategies and the complete marketing mix.
• Demonstrated success in delivering marketing projects that have a commercial impact.
• A proactive, open-minded, and results-oriented professional with an ambitious yet approachable demeanor.
• Willingness to travel across ASEAN countries.
