B2B Marketing Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and oversee outbound cold email sequences utilizing Lemlist or similar platforms.

• Validate contact information and assess personalization variables.

• Establish, monitor, and enhance LinkedIn Ads and Google Search Ads campaigns.

• Execute A/B copy tests and effectively target enterprise insurance accounts.

• Create B2B content for cold emails, advertisement headlines, landing pages, and brief case studies.

• Organize logistics for conferences and events.

• Perform pre-event email outreach to secure meetings with prospects.

• Follow up with leads generated from events and convert contacts into the sales pipeline.

• Monitor lead conversion rates, click-through rates, customer acquisition costs, and pipeline generation on a weekly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, outbound campaigns, or growth execution.

• Direct, hands-on experience with Lemlist or other cold outreach software.

• Proficient in using LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Experienced with Google Ads.

• Basic operational knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, or comparable CRM systems.

• Located in the EU.

• Prepared for contract work.

• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences.

• Capable of composing professional, non-spammy B2B outreach emails and advertisement copy.

• Comfortable managing campaign details independently.

• Adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment and establishing marketing infrastructure from scratch.
