This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of regional growth: Establish the strategy and channels for regional growth and oversee implementation and outcomes.

• Regional Growth Engine: Ensure aggressive lead generation and brand awareness to drive growth in the Middle East.

• Outbound Strategy: Develop and execute intricate, multilingual outbound sequences that effectively capture attention.

• Local Events: Manage all aspects of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars within the region.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work collaboratively with performance marketing on ABM initiatives and localized retargeting efforts.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, generate executive-level reports, and suggest data-driven improvements.

• Localization & Messaging: Tailor ElevenLabs’ global messaging to resonate with the cultural nuances of French-speaking business environments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native Arabic speaker; proficiency in a second Middle Eastern language, such as Turkish, is advantageous.

• Fluent in English.

• Over 5 years of growth experience in complex B2B SaaS, Developer Tools, or AI/ML products within the Middle East.

• Ownership Pedigree: Proven track record of implementing growth and marketing projects from inception to completion, with accountability for ROI.

• Entrepreneurial Background: Demonstrated drive and high engagement in entrepreneurial ventures or similar high-stakes environments.

• Thrives in Chaos: Energized by a fast-paced, evolving environment and capable of managing multiple work streams effectively.

• The "Jack of All Trades": Comprehensive knowledge in growth marketing, encompassing data analysis, performance expertise, campaign planning, and event coordination.

• DRI Mentality: Capacity to serve as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations.
