📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of regional growth: Establish the regional growth strategy and channels, ensuring effective implementation and measurable outcomes.

• Regional Growth Engine: Ensure that France experiences growth through proactive lead generation and heightened brand awareness.

• Outbound Strategy: Develop and implement intricate, multi-language outbound sequences that stand out in the market.

• Local Events: Take full ownership of local industry events, user conferences, and webinars within the region.

• Cross-Functional Synergy: Work collaboratively with performance marketing on account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and localized retargeting efforts.

• Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, create executive-level reports, and suggest data-driven enhancements.

• Localization & Messaging: Tailor ElevenLabs’ global voice to connect authentically with French business cultures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native French speaker.

• Proficient in English.

• Ownership Pedigree: Demonstrated experience in executing growth and marketing projects from inception to completion, with accountability for the ROI.

• Entrepreneurial Background: A strong drive and history of high engagement, preferably within an entrepreneurial venture or a similar high-pressure setting.

• Thrives in Chaos: Energized by a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and capable of managing multiple workstreams without losing focus.

• The "Jack of All Trades": Comprehensive knowledge of growth marketing, encompassing data analysis, performance insights, campaign planning, and event coordination.

• DRI Mentality: Capability to serve as the local Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all marketing operations.

• Bonus Experience: Skills in cold emailing, SEO, or affiliate management.

• Product marketing insight and design capabilities.

• Profound understanding of the French tech ecosystem and shifts in the buying cycle.
