B2B Email Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement email marketing and SMS strategies for PDM’s B2B clientele.

• Oversee the daily functions of the email marketing channel, including marketing calendar management, strategy formulation, content creation, email campaign building and deployment, as well as A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.

• Create and manage automated email marketing programs for clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.

• Work in collaboration with the creative team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in email communications.

• Present monthly performance reports and recommendations on lifecycle programs to clients.

• Utilize data to continually test, measure, and enhance the email marketing initiatives.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with all internal digital channels.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.

• Excellent analytical and strategic copywriting abilities, with a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, and the capability to draw insights from data and act accordingly.

• Proficient hands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or comparable systems.

• Experience with SMS marketing is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and effective copy and design strategies.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email coding.

• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
