This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ecuador.
• Establish and implement email marketing and SMS strategies for PDM’s B2B clientele.
• Oversee daily functions of the email marketing channel, including the marketing calendar, strategy, content creation, campaign building and deployment, as well as A/B testing, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and manage automated email marketing initiatives for our clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.
• Work collaboratively with the creative team to maintain adherence to brand guidelines in email communications.
• Deliver monthly reports and insights on the performance of lifecycle programs to clients, along with strategic recommendations.
• Utilize data to consistently test, assess, and enhance the email marketing program.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channels.
• Implement AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting abilities, with a solid understanding of A/B testing methods, capable of drawing actionable insights from data.
• Practical experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or other similar tools.
• SMS marketing experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, and both copy and design techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email coding.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the capability to navigate challenging conversations.
