This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• The B2B Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will oversee audits, strategy, content, and the implementation of broadcast campaigns and email automation targeting current and prospective customers, as well as executing SMS campaigns, all within our B2B client portfolio.
• Establish and manage the email marketing and SMS strategies for PDM’s B2B clientele.
• Oversee the daily functions of the email marketing channel, including the marketing calendar, strategy and content development, email campaign creation and delivery, as well as A/B testing, performance measurement, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated email marketing programs for our clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all email communications.
• Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations on lifecycle programs to clients.
• Leverage data to consistently test, measure, and enhance the email marketing initiatives.
• Work in partnership with various internal digital channels to ensure cohesive strategies.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Employ Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in alignment with your department's objectives.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.
• Strong analytical and strategic copywriting capabilities, with a solid understanding of A/B testing methodologies, coupled with the ability to interpret data and take appropriate actions.
• Practical experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar tools.
• Experience with SMS marketing (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design techniques.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email coding is essential.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the ability to handle challenging discussions effectively.
