B2B Email Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Establish and lead the email marketing and SMS strategy for PDM’s B2B clientele.

• Oversee the daily functions of the email marketing channel, including the marketing calendar, strategy, content creation, execution of email campaigns, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.

• Develop and manage automated email marketing initiatives for clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.

• Collaborate with the creative team to maintain adherence to brand guidelines in email communications.

• Provide monthly performance reports and recommendations for lifecycle programs to clients.

• Utilize data to consistently test, measure, and enhance the email marketing strategy.

• Work in partnership with other internal digital channels for cross-functional collaboration.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business operations.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it pertains to your department.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.

• Strong analytical abilities and strategic copywriting skills, with a solid understanding of A/B testing methods and the capacity to interpret data and act accordingly.

• Practical experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar tools.

• Experience with SMS marketing (preferred).

• Proficiency in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design techniques.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
