This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• The B2B Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will oversee audits, strategy development, content creation, and the configuration of broadcast campaigns and email automation targeting both current and prospective customers, in addition to executing SMS campaigns.
• Establish and lead the email marketing and SMS strategies for PDM’s B2B clientele.
• Oversee the daily operations of the email marketing channel, including managing the marketing calendar, strategy and content development, the creation and deployment of email campaigns, as well as conducting A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain automated email marketing programs for clients while ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in email communications.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and recommendations regarding lifecycle programs to clients.
• Utilize data to consistently test, assess, and enhance the email marketing program.
• Partner and work collaboratively across all other internal digital channels.
• Leverage AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and comprehensive campaign management.
• Proficient analytical and strategic copywriting abilities, with an understanding of A/B testing methodologies and the capacity to derive actionable insights from data.
• Practical experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar tools.
• Experience with SMS marketing (preferred).
• In-depth knowledge of email best practices, encompassing segmentation, deliverability, and copy and design strategies.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email coding.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the ability to handle challenging conversations effectively.
