B2B Email Marketing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Define and lead the email marketing and SMS strategy for PDM’s B2B clientele.

• Oversee daily operations of the email marketing channel, including the marketing calendar, strategy and content, as well as the development and deployment of email campaigns, A/B testing, measurement, and reporting.

• Develop and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking and accurate measurement.

• Collaborate with the creative team to ensure adherence to brand guidelines in all email communications.

• Provide monthly reports and recommendations on the performance of lifecycle programs to clients.

• Utilize data to continuously test, measure, and enhance the email marketing program.

• Partner and collaborate across various internal digital channels.

• Leverage AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.

• Utilize Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B email marketing strategy, production, and end-to-end campaign management.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic copywriting abilities, with a solid understanding of A/B testing practices and the capability to derive insights from data and take appropriate action.

• Hands-on experience with email platforms like Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similar.

• Experience with SMS marketing is preferred.

• Proficiency in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copywriting, and design approaches.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email coding.

• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills, along with the ability to navigate challenging conversations.
