This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, tickets, and chat concerning product issues, service inquiries, and general client concerns.
• Stay consistently informed about product details and collaborate with management and other departments to remain aware of any updates to company policies.
• Recognize when to escalate more complex issues to the Tier 2 support team.
• Deliver exceptional B2B customer service and high-quality support.
• Uphold a high standard of professionalism with clients while working to build a positive relationship with each one.
• Over 1 year of experience in a technical support capacity.
• Proficiency with Google Docs and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record of maintaining professionalism with customers.
