This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients: Make a high volume of calls on a daily basis to prospective business clients across various sectors. Each call typically lasts between 3–6 minutes and is designed to introduce the company’s services, identify potential needs, and generate interest in scheduling a consultation.
• Implement targeted cold email outreach campaigns: Create and dispatch strategic cold emails to support phone outreach efforts. Promptly follow up on email responses to nurture leads, provide additional information, and secure confirmed appointments.
• Utilize Apollo CRM for managing leads: Work within the Apollo platform to oversee and document all outreach activities. Keep thorough notes on every contact, call outcome, and follow-up schedule to maintain precise and organized records of your daily activities.
• Engage with decision-makers in key industries: Reach out to Safety Managers, HR Managers, and Risk Managers within labor-intensive fields such as construction, manufacturing, transportation, hospitality, and retail. Comprehend their business challenges and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet their needs.
• Qualify leads and arrange appointments for senior sales representatives: Identify high-quality leads by evaluating interest levels, urgency, and compatibility with the company’s offerings. Secure appointments for senior closers by clearly presenting value propositions and ensuring leads fulfill the specified qualification criteria.
• Keep accurate and current records: Document all outreach activities, call summaries, and client information in the CRM. Track personal performance metrics and regularly report progress to supervisors. Ensure data integrity and adherence to company standards.
• Collaborate effectively with the sales team: Work closely with sales executives and team leaders to facilitate seamless lead transitions. Share insights from discussions with prospects to refine sales strategies and improve team performance.
• Stay informed and enhance performance continuously: Participate in training sessions, performance evaluations, and feedback discussions. Remain updated on company offerings, target markets, and outreach best practices to consistently enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
• Fluent English speaker with outstanding verbal and written communication skills; minimal accent preferred.
• Previous experience in business development, appointment setting, or outbound sales is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and persuasion abilities.
• Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and professionally managing rejection.
• Experience with Apollo or similar CRM tools is an advantage.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a strong sense of accountability.
• Must be proficient in clear spoken and written English.
• Relevant and verifiable work experience is required.
• Ability to provide NBI Clearance or Local Police Clearance if requested.
• Availability for video meetings with the camera on during work hours.
• Must not have other clients during the required working hours.
