• Guide customers through the onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live stages.
• Facilitate configuration workshops to gain insight into customer workflows and business requirements.
• Convert operational needs into scalable and stable system setups.
• Provide recommendations on platform best practices and implementation strategies.
• Conduct structured training sessions that promote successful and independent platform usage.
• Ensure high-quality implementations prior to the go-live stage.
• Assist customers during migration and hypercare processes.
• Work closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Record decisions, configurations, and unresolved issues.
• Manage smaller implementation projects independently from start to finish.
• Over 2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, preferably in SaaS or platform settings.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to comprehend operational workflows and convert them into scalable system solutions.
• Confidence in advising customers and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work.
• Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across functions.
• Proficient in Spanish, English, and German, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is advantageous.
