This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
β’ Guide customers through the onboarding, implementation, training, migration, and go-live stages.
β’ Facilitate configuration workshops to gain insight into customer workflows and business requirements.
β’ Convert operational needs into scalable and stable system setups.
β’ Provide recommendations on platform best practices and implementation strategies.
β’ Conduct structured training sessions that promote successful and independent platform usage.
β’ Ensure high-quality implementations prior to the go-live stage.
β’ Assist customers during migration and hypercare processes.
β’ Work closely with Project Management, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams.
β’ Record decisions, configurations, and unresolved issues.
β’ Manage smaller implementation projects independently from start to finish.
β’ Over 2 years of experience in onboarding, implementation, consulting, customer-facing, or software support roles, preferably in SaaS or platform settings.
β’ Excellent communication, facilitation, and customer engagement skills.
β’ Ability to comprehend operational workflows and convert them into scalable system solutions.
β’ Confidence in advising customers and proposing appropriate solutions.
β’ Structured, proactive, and ownership-driven approach to work.
β’ Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively across functions.
β’ Proficient in Spanish, English, and German, both written and spoken.
β’ Familiarity with migrations, Zendesk, or enterprise customer environments is advantageous.
