Azure Virtual Desktop Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the complete Azure Virtual Desktop environment.

• Deliver direct assistance to end users as part of a specialized AVD support team.

• Handle host pools, images, user/application access, resource groups, and the overall configuration of AVD.

• Enhance and maintain multi-user settings utilizing FSLogix and NetApp (or similar technologies).

• Guarantee high availability, resilience, and disaster recovery for all AVD components.

• Participate in an on-call rotation (1-in-3).

• Travel to the Gloucester Business Park site as needed (primarily remote role).

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in Azure Virtual Desktop management and support.

• Proficiency in Azure infrastructure administration.

• Knowledge of FSLogix profile management.

• Ability to troubleshoot EUC / VDI environments.

• Experience in providing support to end users in a service-oriented setting.

• UK Security Clearance (SC) – Required for a 1-in-3 shared rotation.
