Azure Solution Specialist – Cross Selling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Development of value propositions based on the Customer Centric Selling methodology

• Creation of Azure proposals and solutions

• Sales presentations and demonstrations

• Creation and identification of business cases

• Growth of existing accounts and acquisition of new clients

• Negotiation skills

• CRM follow-up

⛳️ Requirements

• English proficiency at C1 level (you will manage projects entirely in English, making spoken and written fluency essential)

• Willingness to travel

• Essential experience as an Account Manager in the IT industry

• Required knowledge/experience in: - RPA project sales - Salesforce project sales - WebDev project sales

• Understanding of business process improvement

• Knowledge of END TO END data flow (ERP-DWH-BI)

• Strong understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem in LATAM, combining technical and commercial knowledge in Azure Infrastructure solutions, Business Applications (Power Platform, GitHub Copilot), and Security

• Must have clarity on how these capabilities translate into business value, as well as experience in co-selling models with Microsoft and consultative sales cycles with enterprise clients

• It is crucial to understand modern architectures, digital transformation trends, and preferably have knowledge in Data & AI, to articulate comprehensive solutions aligned with the strategic needs of clients
