This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, implement, and oversee Azure infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
• Automate cloud deployments and manage resources through Azure DevOps pipelines, scripts, and various automation tools.
• Monitor and enhance the performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness of Azure services.
• Create, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for applications and services hosted on Azure.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate code repositories, build processes, and deployment automation.
• Ensure adherence to proper version control and release management practices.
• Manage and maintain Linux servers, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
• Conduct regular system updates, patches, and configuration management utilizing tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, including networking, security, and application performance.
• Implement and uphold security best practices for both Azure cloud services and Linux servers.
• Perform regular security assessments and audits, applying necessary patches and updates.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Provide support for production systems, including participation in on-call rotations as required.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for both Azure and Linux environments.
• Demonstrated experience with Azure cloud services, encompassing VM management, networking, storage, and security.
• Strong expertise in Linux system administration, with experience in Red Hat, Ubuntu, or CentOS.
• Practical experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, or similar platforms.
• Proficient in scripting languages including Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities, with the skill to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Experience in performance tuning, monitoring, and capacity planning for cloud and Linux environments.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Strong documentation abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Certification in Azure (e.g., Azure Administrator, Azure DevOps Engineer).
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools and services like Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
• Experience with network security and VPN configuration in cloud environments.
• Knowledge of database management in cloud environments (SQL, NoSQL).
