Azure DevOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Enhance and manage Azure infrastructure and environments.

• Develop Infrastructure as Code and automate deployment processes.

• Standardize CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment safety.

• Improve observability, monitoring, and incident management.

• Implement security enhancements and oversee access/secrets management.

• Alleviate operational burden on senior engineers by managing technical operations.

• Optimize developer workflows, CI reliability, and platform health visibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of total professional experience, including at least 3 years of recent work in Azure DevOps, Platform engineering, or SRE roles within SaaS environments.

• Proficient in Azure, CI/CD systems, scripting/automation, and SQL/database operations.

• Practical experience in managing production systems and responding to incidents.

• Capability to take ownership, resolve operational issues, and work autonomously.

• Pragmatic, hands-on approach focused on minimizing operational friction.

• Thrives in fast-paced, complex environments.

• It’s a plus if you have:

• Knowledge of the .NET ecosystem, multi-tenant SaaS, and security tools.

• Experience in performance monitoring and distributed tracing.
