Azure AD B2C Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and sustain consumer-oriented Azure B2C applications.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to outline, design, and deliver new features.

• Integrate Azure services into the software architecture while enhancing scalability, security, and efficiency.

• Ensure data synchronization between Azure services and consumer-facing applications.

• Enhance user experience through optimization, user testing, and improvements based on feedback.

• Execute security protocols, access controls, and encryption to safeguard user data and privacy.

• Confirm that applications adhere to organizational security standards and regulations.

• Document system configurations, development workflows, modifications, performance metrics, issues, and solutions.

• Offer technical guidance to internal teams regarding Azure best practices.

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and key stakeholders.

• Create and adjust custom policies for sign-in, sign-up, password reset, and profile management.

• Work with existing custom policies and support enterprise-level implementations.

• Contribute to the organization's cloud strategy roadmap and liaise with internal business and IT stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Azure Developer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert certifications are highly preferred.

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in cloud-based software engineering, particularly focused on Azure B2C.

• Expertise in Microsoft Azure services, cloud-based software architecture, and API integration.

• Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, or JavaScript.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as React or Angular, along with back-end frameworks.

• Experience with Azure DevOps, continuous integration, and deployment methodologies.

• Proficiency with custom policies for sign-in, sign-up, password resets, and profile editing.

• Experience in enterprise-level implementations.

• Capability to modify existing custom policies rather than starting from scratch.

• Knowledge of user journeys and sub-journeys.

• Outstanding problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-driven environment.

• Capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.

• A strong desire to stay current with Azure technologies and software engineering best practices.
