AWS Solutions Architect – AI/ML

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and architect cloud-native solutions while spearheading application modernization efforts to transition legacy systems to AWS, enhancing scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness.

• Create and implement cloud solutions that incorporate data engineering, Generative AI, and machine learning (ML) technologies to improve business operations, customer experiences, and automation.

• Facilitate technical presales conversations, partnering with sales teams to comprehend client requirements and devise cloud solutions that utilize AI, data, and modernization strategies.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in the design and execution of tailored cloud architectures that align with their business objectives, emphasizing scalability, security, and cost optimization.

• Conduct detailed architecture sessions with clients, recommending Well-Architected solutions that encompass data pipelines, cloud-native frameworks, and cutting-edge technologies for application modernization, AI/ML, and data-centric applications.

• Establish and enforce cloud governance frameworks to guarantee adherence to AWS security protocols, industry standards, and best practices for data security, AI privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to facilitate effective knowledge transfer from pre-sales to delivery teams, ensuring that project goals, timelines, and expectations are clearly communicated.

• Develop advanced Generative AI use cases utilizing AWS tools to automate business processes, enhance customer service, and foster innovation in content creation and decision-making.

• Direct cloud migration projects with an emphasis on data modernization, application modernization, and multi-region deployments to ensure seamless transitions to cloud environments.

• Remain informed about the latest advancements in cloud technologies, Generative AI, data engineering, and machine learning to provide fresh insights and innovative solutions to both internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in designing, building, and operating solutions on AWS.

• Extensive expertise in cloud modernization, data engineering, and AI/ML architecture.

• Familiarity with AWS services such as Amazon SageMaker, AWS Bedrock, Redshift, Glue, Kinesis, Athena, and OpenAI.

• Demonstrated experience in designing data pipelines and integrating data lakes, data warehouses, and other data solutions that cater to AI/ML and contemporary business requirements.

• Proven track record of migrating legacy applications to AWS, utilizing containers (Docker, ECS, EKS), serverless technologies, and cloud-native architectures.

• Proficient in Terraform or CloudFormation for automating cloud deployments and managing infrastructure.

• Solid understanding of AWS security measures concerning data security, AI privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Strong background in pre-sales and customer-facing roles, aiding clients in translating business needs into technical solutions and fostering robust, long-lasting relationships.
