AWS Manager – 4-Day Week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assume technical leadership for intricate AWS migration projects targeting mid-sized and international clients.

• Collaborating with your team, you will oversee the entire migration journey — from strategy formulation and design to execution.

• You will guide and nurture a multidisciplinary team of AWS specialists, ensuring top-notch project delivery.

• Engage in close cooperation with key decision-makers both on the client side and within our organization.

• You will have the autonomy to shape processes, share your ideas, and actively impact our technical standards and methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in AWS cloud transformation, preferably in a lead or architect role overseeing migrations in international corporate or mid-market environments.

• Demonstrated experience in leading interdisciplinary teams and managing extensive projects.

• Strong expertise in cloud architecture, migration, automation, and AWS best practices.

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, along with strong analytical abilities and a passion for innovation and change.
