This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Work collaboratively with data teams to assist in the creation and implementation of innovative and effective data solutions.
• Address and fulfill platform requests from various client data teams, including internal business stakeholders, data analytics experts, data engineers, and quality assurance groups.

• Strong understanding of the AWS Well-Architected Framework's core principles, which include Operational Excellence, Security, Reliability, Performance Efficiency, and Cost Optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to addressing complex challenges both collaboratively and independently.
• Proactive and detail-oriented self-starter with outstanding organizational abilities.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively presenting findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Prior experience in AWS infrastructure operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in optimizing AWS resources to improve performance and scalability while minimizing costs.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for building, testing, and deploying.
• Experience in environments that utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., CDK & AWS CloudFormation).
• Proficient in Python, with intermediate knowledge in developing scripts, automating workflows, and deploying solutions using AWS Cloud Development Kit (CDK) and boto3.
• Extensive experience in implementing security best practices, including the design and management of AWS IAM policies, encryption with AWS Key Management Service (KMS), and effective data protection measures. Skilled in adhering to the principle of least privilege for secure and efficient access control.
• Actively involved in shaping cloud strategies and assessing emerging technologies and AWS services.
• Experienced in agile work environments with a solid understanding of agile methodologies.
• Competent in using JIRA for managing backlogs and sprints, as well as utilizing JIRA Service Management for ticketing and operational workflows.
• A university degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in data engineering or production support.

• Experience in constructing data platforms, with a strong grasp of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Lakehouse architectures.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, capable of writing and optimizing queries for data retrieval, transformation, and analysis.
• Proven expertise in resiliency planning and developing and implementing disaster recovery strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to implement integration services with secure authentication and authorization protocols, such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML.
