AWS Data Engineer, BI Connector, Snowflake Migration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain scalable **ETL/ELT data pipelines** utilizing AWS services and Snowflake.

• Execute **BI/reporting migration to Snowflake** and assist in comprehensive data migration tasks.

• Design and enhance data models, SQL queries, and Snowflake workloads.

• Set up and resolve **BI connectivity issues with Snowflake** (Power BI/Tableau/Looker).

• Apply Snowflake best practices for performance optimization, security, and cost management.

• Diagnose data pipeline failures and production-related problems.

• Work collaboratively with BI teams, architects, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust hands-on experience with **Snowflake Data Warehouse**.

• Strong skills in SQL and data engineering.

• Familiarity with **AWS services**:

• S3

• AWS Glue

• Lambda

• IAM

• CloudWatch

• Expertise in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and data migration.

• Experience in integrating BI tools with Snowflake using connectors (JDBC/ODBC).

• SnowPro Core Certification (Preferred).

• Experience with Python/PySpark (Preferred).

• Familiarity with Airflow, Databricks, or Terraform (Preferred).

• Experience in Snowflake performance tuning and optimization (Preferred).
