This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, configure, and optimize contact flows for Amazon Connect, catering to voice, chat, SMS, and omni-channel interactions.

• Develop Lambda functions and backend services utilizing Node.js to enhance Amazon Connect's capabilities.

• Create and maintain seamless integrations between Amazon Connect and various CRMs, including Zoho CRM, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Zendesk.

• Facilitate bi-directional data flows for synchronizing customer data, ticket creation, and case management.

• Implement real-time event streaming and reporting pipelines by leveraging Kinesis, DynamoDB, Athena, and S3.

• Utilize AWS AI/ML services to improve IVR and chatbot automation.

• Work collaboratively with business teams to automate workflows within Zoho and other external tools.

• Ensure data security, access controls, and compliance through the use of IAM roles, encryption, and monitoring mechanisms.

• Diagnose issues, optimize integrations, and drive continuous enhancements.

• Over 10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 5 years specializing in Amazon Connect development.

• Proficient in Node.js development for backend services, APIs, and integrations.

• Practical experience with Amazon Connect contact flows, including queues, routing profiles, and reporting functionalities.

• Demonstrated ability to integrate Amazon Connect with Zoho CRM or other CRMs such as Salesforce and ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and OAuth-based integration methods.

• Strong understanding of IAM security, role-based access controls, and compliance standards.

• Experience with Amazon Lex, Polly, and Transcribe for conversational AI is preferred.

• Knowledge of the Zoho ecosystem, encompassing CRM, Desk, Campaigns, and Zoho PhoneBridge API is advantageous.
