This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a reliable consultant, providing outstanding customer service to healthcare clients ranging from IT teams to executive leadership.
• Convert intricate technical ideas into business advantages, demonstrating how Cloudticity’s solutions enhance healthcare operations, elevate patient outcomes, and foster innovation.
• Ensure that Cloudticity’s solutions adhere to operational and security standards while aligning with broader business goals, including cost reduction, acceleration of innovation, and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineering to design, create, and maintain HIPAA-compliant cloud infrastructure specifically for the healthcare sector, utilizing AWS, Azure, and GCP technologies to facilitate scalable and secure solutions.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, effectively engaging with stakeholders, vendors, and C-suite executives, ensuring that cloud strategies are in sync with healthcare business objectives.
• Take responsibility for tasks and projects, employing Cloudticity-approved project management tools to deliver superior outcomes within deadlines.
• Oversee and implement multiple projects concurrently.
• Participate in periodic on-call rotations for 24/7 support requests.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, along with a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges and regulatory requirements faced by healthcare organizations.
• Proven track record of aligning cloud strategies with business objectives in complex healthcare settings, effectively collaborating with executive leadership to deliver ROI, mitigate risks, and drive innovation.
• Proficient in translating cloud infrastructure data and metrics into actionable strategies that lead to significant operational and clinical enhancements in healthcare environments.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with a talent for building trust among stakeholders at all levels.
• Professional certifications in one or more of the following: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• A minimum of five years of proven experience in architecting and managing Cloud services.
• Basic understanding of networking and network layer topology.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Fundamental understanding of server scripting, specifically PowerShell and Bash.
• Basic familiarity with DevOps methodologies, including Infrastructure as Code (IaC), with a preference for Terraform.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language, preferably Python or Go.
