This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee and manage the complete administrative transition process from start to finish.
β’ Serve as the main administrative leader and primary point of contact for advisor transitions in the Field.
β’ Foster strong, trustworthy relationships with advisors and their teams.
β’ Offer direct support and guidance to advisor office personnel regarding systems, workflows, and operational procedures during key transition phases.
β’ Champion the advisor and staff experience by recognizing trends, raising challenges, and facilitating solutions.
β’ Possession of FINRA Series 7 and 66, or equivalent licenses.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of demonstrated experience in leading or coordinating advisor onboarding or transition processes within the financial services sector.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in a wealth management and brokerage setting, encompassing advisor business frameworks and administrative support systems.
β’ Over 5 years of prior experience collaborating effectively with financial advisors, branch teams, and home-office stakeholders.
