This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement a sales strategy aimed at fostering growth within enterprise health systems, encompassing Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and substantial hospital networks.
• Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with C-Suite leaders, surgeons, OR directors, IT departments, biomedical engineers, and administrators.
• Consistently meet and surpass sales targets through disciplined pipeline management and effective enterprise sales execution.
• Lead negotiations, Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and the structuring of contracts for multi-million dollar system-wide agreements.
• Collaborate across various functions, including marketing, product, R&D, and customer success, to boost adoption rates and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Apella with credibility and enthusiasm, acting as a reliable advisor to customers and stakeholders.
• Contribute to revenue forecasting, territory planning, and scalable sales processes to support ongoing growth.
• Over 10 years of experience in enterprise sales, demonstrating a history of surpassing quotas in MedTech, medical devices, or healthcare capital equipment.
• Strong connections and negotiation experience with Tier 1 health systems and IDNs (e.g., HCA, CommonSpirit, Mercy Health).
• Background in selling both innovative technologies (healthtech, robotics, SaaS) and established product lines (OR video integration, capital equipment).
• Proven track record in developing new markets from inception to scale, consistently ranking among the top performers (President’s Council, Rep of the Year, Quota Exceeder).
• In-depth expertise in complex enterprise sales, including multi-stakeholder negotiations, RFPs, and innovative contracting models.
• Capability to excel in both startup and enterprise settings, balancing proactive efforts with structured, repeatable sales methodologies.
• Strong leadership presence, with the capacity to mentor colleagues and influence cross-functional teams.
