This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Leading the design and implementation of initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency across all Units within Group Operations
• Driving cross-functional projects focused on boosting operational effectiveness
• Partnering with departmental leaders to uncover optimization possibilities
• Deploying operational management systems and tools to enhance process efficiency
• Recognizing and adopting best practices for process enhancements
• Steering change management initiatives to facilitate smooth integration of new processes
• Creating and tracking performance metrics to assess the success of efficiency initiatives
• Reporting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement to senior management
• Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and backing for initiatives
• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of operational excellence initiatives
• Engaging employees to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement
• Offering training and support to enhance employees' capabilities in operational excellence
• Conducting regular assessments and updates to keep initiatives relevant and effective
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Operations Management, Engineering, or a closely related field (preferred)
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and driving change, or a similar role within a back-office service industry (ideally Banking / Financial Services), with at least 10-12 years in a leadership capacity
• Strong expertise in operational management and process improvement methodologies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the capacity to motivate and inspire team members
• Strong skills in communication and stakeholder management
• Experience in the implementation of operational management systems and tools
• Comprehensive understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen, Total Quality Management, or Agile
• Familiarity with banking products, services, and regulatory requirements is preferable
• Outstanding project management, change management, and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in using process mapping software, statistical analysis tools, and the Microsoft Office suite.
