This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for enhancing engagement at the center, system, and potentially state levels.
• Oversee wellness initiatives and ensure advancement on a comprehensive crisis care continuum.
• Lead teams responsible for all aspects of efficient end-to-end network operations.
• Identify and apply operational enablers to enhance network performance.
• Promote visibility into daily operations across the 988 network.
• Track execution and progress of departmental performance in relation to grant requirements and strategic goals.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership strategy or operations role within a helpline or crisis hotline.
• A Master's degree in Healthcare, Public Health, Policy, or Social Sciences (e.g., MPH, MPA, MSW, or other health-related disciplines) or an MBA is preferred.
• A strong interest in mental health and suicide prevention is highly desirable.
