AVP – Launch Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate and overlapping timelines for ETF launches.

• Create, sustain, and enhance comprehensive project plans.

• Collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Act as a principal point of contact for clients.

• Lead client kickoff meetings and ongoing collaborative sessions.

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with strategic partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

• 4-6 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or a comparable position within the financial services sector.

• Familiarity with ETFs, mutual funds, or the operations of investment companies.

• Outstanding organizational capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong knowledge of ETF operational processes and inter-departmental dependencies.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Experience with project management tools is preferred.
