AVP, Growth Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive program management for strategic growth initiatives, from the planning stage to execution.

• Create and implement program governance structures.

• Collaborate with the events team and external wholesalers for conference organization.

• Act as a reliable advisor to Sales leadership.

• Conduct both quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify and establish scalable best practices.

• Collect insights and work alongside cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services, particularly in wealth management.

• At least 5 years of proficient use of Excel.

• Over 5 years of project management experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
