AVP, Enterprise Platforms

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversees the Enterprise Platforms function at CFCU, responsible for the strategic and operational technical framework, performance management, and delivery of workflow, integration, automation, and innovative AI platforms.

• Directs teams in product management, integration engineering, and operational processes.

• Collaborates enterprise-wide to provide secure and scalable solutions that yield measurable results.

• Manages the comprehensive delivery process for Enterprise Platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in enterprise platforms or technology leadership is essential.

• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or a related advanced degree is preferred.

• A combination of education and experience may be considered as a substitute for the stated qualifications.

• Proven experience in managing enterprise platform ecosystems, including technologies such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Boomi, or similar platforms.

• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
